Harry Lane is the president and electrical contractor at L&S
Electric,Inc.  Harry and his wife, Elaine, started the company in 1994.
 It started as a two man operation, working out of a garage next to
their house.  L&S Electric, Inc. now has 12 full time employees and is
one of the most experienced electrical service businesses serving
Yankton and the surrounding communities.  Harry has a long-term
background in construction and electrical service.  Harry received his
journeyman card in 1989 and contractor's license in 1994.  Harry is in
charge of putting the bids together as well as coordinating the daily
operations of L&S Electric, Inc. Harry is also an avid hunter and has
traveled to New Zealand, Texas, Arizona, and Wyoming.
We have 8 journeymen on our crew.  Some of them have anywhere from 5-30 years of
electrical experience.  Each electrician has a different background and therefore we are able
to work on many different types of jobs.  We have electricians who specialize in areas such as
fire alarm wiring, motor control centers, duct monitors, custom lighting systems and grain
handling systems.  We have employees who focus on commercial and industrial jobs, while others
focus more on the residential jobs.  We have a wide range of knowledge and expertise in many
other areas as well.  We believe that every job is special and deserves attention to fine
detail.  We also have 24 hour emergency service. We would be happy to put a bid together for
